As a business we are committed to taking all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our colleagues during the Coronavirus pandemic. We have been carefully monitoring information published by the Government, Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Law Society, taking steps to adapt our working practices where necessary.
After careful consideration we have made the decision to close our offices, effective Friday 27 March 2020. We apologise for any inconvenience caused however, the safety of our colleagues is our main priority at this time. Some of our colleagues may continue to work remotely so we can continue to provide services to our Clients however, there will be some unavoidable disruption to the service we provide to you. For the period our offices remain closed:
there will be delays processing or issuing any postal correspondence;
telephone services we offer will be unavailable at times; and
there will be delays responding to email communication.
At this time, we do not know the full impact of the Coronavirus pandemic on any Defendants you may have an ongoing Claim against, nor the Courts.
We anticipate that Defendants, many being high-street Banks or Lenders, will suspend their activities in relation to Plevin PPI Claims as they focus on providing essential service to their Customers.
We are regularly reviewing all information published by Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service and following the guidance on the Government website regarding changes to day to day Court operations but we believe it is likely that the County Courts will delay any non-urgent trials.
We will continue to monitor all relevant sources of information and guidance; where we are able to do so we will pass relevant information on to our Clients.
