Start your Plevin PPI Check
Our partner, The Claims Guys (TCG) can help complete a Plevin PPI Check for you to check if you may be eligible for Compensation due to your Lender failing to disclose the commission they received from selling you a PPI policy. TCG will submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to your Lender to request information about your PPI policy, where required we will support TCG with the DSAR. To start, visit their website by clicking here
Plevin PPI Claim identified?
TCG will present you with a copy of our Legal Pack for each potential Claim identified. If you want us to proceed with a Claim, all you need to do is sign our Agreement to Proceed. TCG will then pass us all relevant information about your Claim, including the DSAR information, so that we can get started.
We will contact your Lender
We will write to your Lender, providing details of your Claim and requesting that they Compensate you for the unfair relationship they created by failing to disclose the commission they received. Where your Lender did not provide all information requested at DSAR, we will also request this information.
If your Lender defends their position, we will look to issue Court proceedings against them on your behalf. We will keep you updated throughout this process and continue to negotiate with your Lender on your behalf to obtain Compensation. Further information about the process, and our Fee(s) can be found in our Legal Pack.
